Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

For instance, the premium shield for racial discrimination Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired like a weapon, armor, or rings. The item is replaced with another of the same kind however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.
Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests, or purchased from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item of equipment such as increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Enhanced upgrade item require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays in the space until the next success result is rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened they show a complete description and the icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.
In the end, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones

The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage.
